Project case study
The pump powered on normally but could not draw water from the lake feeding the irrigation system. As a result, the irrigation zones received no usable water flow or pressure.
After inspecting and testing the system, we confirmed that the pump’s internal impellers were damaged. The motor still powered on, but the pump could no longer create the suction needed to lift water from the lake.
We removed the damaged pump and installed a new one. We reconnected the plumbing and electrical supply, primed the pump, and tested the system from the irrigation zones to confirm proper suction, flow, and pressure.
New irrigation pump, PVC connections, and the materials required to complete the installation.
The new pump began drawing water from the lake correctly and restored the required flow and pressure. After testing, every irrigation zone returned to proper operation.
