Sprinkler Repair in Broward and Miami-Dade

A dry area does not always mean the visible sprinkler head is the only problem. We run the zones, observe coverage and check pressure, piping, valves, wiring and programming before recommending parts.

When to request an evaluation

Warning signs you should not ignore.

01

A complete zone will not start

02

Standing water or constantly wet soil

03

Heads that do not rise or spray too short

04

Water hitting walls, windows or pavement

Our approach

We diagnose before replacing.

The goal is to restore even coverage without replacing components that still work.

Test every zone and the controller

Locate leaks and pressure loss

Replace or adjust heads, nozzles and fittings

Correct arcs, radius and coverage

Diagnosis and quality

How we find the real cause of the problem

We start at the controller and run the zones one at a time. This lets us compare pressure, radius, response time and valve behavior instead of repairing only the first visible problem.

A dry area may come from a clogged nozzle, a head set too low, incorrect spacing, damaged pipe or inadequate flow. Pooling may come from a fitting, broken line or a valve that does not close fully.

When the repair is complete, we repeat the sequence and observe total coverage. We adjust arcs and radius to reduce water on sidewalks, walls and driveways.

What to expect

A clear process from start to finish.

01

Zone-by-zone inspection

We run and observe every area before opening the ground.

02

Targeted repair

We replace or correct only the components connected to the failure.

03

Coverage verification

We confirm pressure, radius and proper zone shutoff.

Important: Time and materials depend on leak location, access, depth and the condition of the existing system.

Frequently asked questions

Clear answers before service.

Can you repair only one zone?

Yes. We inspect the affected zone and confirm the issue is not coming from the controller, common wire, valve or overall pressure.

Do you replace buried or damaged heads?

Yes. We can level, relocate or replace sprays and rotors and select the nozzle for the area.

Can you locate a leak that is not visible?

We look for pressure loss, soft soil, irregular flow and water that appears during a specific zone. Some leaks require targeted digging for confirmation.

Do you adjust sprinklers after repairing them?

Yes. We test the pattern, arc and radius of affected heads to improve coverage and reduce overspray.

Does your system need attention?

Tell us what is happening and where the property is located.
